U.S. prosecutors have charged the Chinese tech large Huawei with racketeering and conspiracy to steal trade secrets.
The three new allegations, which add to earlier rates the company engaged in lender fraud and violated U.S. sanctions towards Iran, have been unsealed Thursday by a U.S. District Court docket in New York.
